Utter Scorn

Strapped to the surgical slab 

My subject writhes in panic 

Resistance is preferred 

I need the organs active 

To respond to my coarse cutting instruments 

I must know the sicknesses within 

I must see what's beneath the skin 

Plunging and hacking as I make the first incision 

The alien creature now is shrieking in agony 

Ripping through tissue I expose the subject's innards 

What is revealed a sight of gruesome horror 

Cancerous 

Parasites 

Feasting on the flesh and vital organs of the living specimen 

What I've discovered 

I must know how far this has spread 

For those infected 

I must capture and kill again 

I must find a victim I must kill again
